Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning
We offer an extensive range of window cleaning service options, including cleaning of both interior and exterior windows (also glass doors, skylights, and mirrors), window sills, window frames, window screens, window tracks, and more. We can clean exterior windows flawlessly up to 5 stories from the ground using our mounted reverse osmosis deionized water systems, the interior is primarily done tediously with a scrubber, squeegee, and microfiber towels. Window cleaning is our primary service and we are equipped for even the most difficult of projects, but please note that unless specified, our window cleaning services never include the use of harsh chemicals and/or abrasive cleaning methods, examples include (but are not limited to) the removal of hard water stains, protective film, tint, or manufacturer stickers.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Many people overlook the importance of solar panel cleaning… often solar panel installation companies market them as maintenance-free, but that is far from true. Over the years pollen, dust, and other debris can build up on the surface of solar panels, similar to windows. With windows, such debris build-up creates only a visual issue, but with solar panels, functionality is affected as debris build-up can greatly lower the efficiency of the panels. We clean solar panels using similar equipment as we use for window cleaning. Our mounted reverse osmosis deionized water systems provide a safe, spotless clean for solar panels, with no potentially harmful chemicals needed.
Gutter Cleaning
We first remove the majority of the debris from the gutters by hand, placing it into trash bags to avoid scattering debris onto the ground below. We dump bagged debris deep into nearby woods, yard waste barrels, or take it with us if the aforementioned options are not available. Next, we flush out the gutters and downspouts with water hoses and/or leaf blowers, depending on the type of debris we are dealing with. Once we have cleaned and flushed the gutters and downspouts, we inspect the gutter system for flaws and make any basic repairs necessary to restore the gutter system to working order. If we encounter any larger issues during our cleaning and inspection, we take pictures and report them to our clients. Please note, unless otherwise mentioned, removal of gutter guards is not included in our gutter cleaning service.
Roof Cleaning
From simple blow roof blow-offs to chemical treatment we’ve got you covered. If you’re noticing leaves, sticks, and pine needles building up on your roof you may just need the roof blown off. If you have moss build-up or discoloration, you’ll need a roof soft wash, which consists of gently removing moss and other debris followed by a sodium hypochlorite chemical treatment to kill the remaining organic growth. Our roof cleaning service includes gutter cleaning by default to ensure the gutters and downspouts are clean and clear after all debris has been removed from the roof. In the case of chemical roof cleaning, it is especially important that gutters and downspouts are clear so we can re-direct and control sodium hypochlorite runoff to avoid damaging plants and grass in the area.
Soft Washing
Simply put, soft washing is just an alternative to power washing. Instead of using high-pressure water to clean surfaces, soft washing uses sodium hypochlorite to kill moss, mold, mildew, and other organic growth. Once applied, the sodium hypochlorite takes a few minutes to break down all the organic growth, and then it simply gets rinsed away by low-pressure water and the surface is left clean. It’s a great way to ensure no damage is caused when working around surfaces that can be damaged by high-pressure water which is why soft washing is the industry standard technique to conduct cleaning of entire homes, roofs, fences, decks, and more.
Power Washing
Although soft washing has become the primary technique for cleaning nearly every surface, power washing still has its place for hard surfaces, such as concrete. Cleaning of concrete surfaces such as driveways, pool decks, walkways, stairs, or patios often requires the use of sodium hypochlorite to agitate organic growth before power washing. Once the chemical has aided in lifting the organic growth from the surface, then high-pressure water can be used to blast it away and reveal the clean surface below.
